Your calculator numbers

The planning calculator runs in your browser in a separate, isolated document. Entered ages, contribution amounts, assumptions, balances, and results are not sent to our analytics, advertising, customer relationship, or heatmap tools. Downloading a scenario creates a file on your own device.

Optional analytics and heatmaps

With your analytics permission, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, engagement, each step viewed or completed in the guide, and whether a review request was submitted and saved. We run separate A/B tests for the awareness headline, consideration-stage video framing, and decision-stage review-request wording. With analytics enabled, each test assigns a version for the browser-tab session. We measure guide starts, video playback, watched milestones at 25%, 50%, 75% and completion, calculator starts, saved review requests, and confirmed bookings against the relevant stage and version. Short animated illustrations that play while visible are labeled separately from explainer videos. Events include only approved content IDs, stage labels, and test variants—not your name, email, answers, summary, or request reference. The experiment stores only the version label in session storage and does not include your name, email, answers, summary, or request reference in analytics. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings of the public site; guide questions, selected answers, names, and contact fields are masked in recordings. It cannot record the contents of the separate calculator.

Optional marketing tools

With marketing permission, Meta Pixel measures campaign engagement. The Huify HubSpot marketing script is not loaded on this website. Planning-review submissions are stored separately from Huify’s HubSpot. These services may use cookies or other identifiers and process device, browser, referral, and page-visit information. They may recognize visitors who are already known to them. We do not send the calculator’s financial data to these services.

RB2B visitor identification

With your marketing permission, we use RB2B (also known as Retention.com) and its data partners to help identify visitors and business interest. Cookies and similar technologies can connect visits to company information, email addresses, or online profiles already held by those providers. We may use the resulting information for relevant business outreach. RB2B may also process visit information to operate and improve its identification services. Your calculator inputs and results are not provided to RB2B.

You can reject marketing tracking using our privacy choices or use the RB2B / Retention.com opt-out. Where this processing is treated as a sale or sharing of personal information, our marketing choice and Global Privacy Control support your opt-out. See RB2B’s privacy policy for its processing and rights procedures.

RB2B uses first-party cookies for recognition, sessions, attribution, and identity matching. Cookie names include _reb2bgeo, _reb2bloaded, _reb2bref, _reb2sessionID, _reb2buid, _reb2bfxf, _reb2btd, _reb2bli, _reb2bresolve, and _reb2butk. Their stated durations range from one second to one year; see RB2B’s cookie reference.

Your choices

Optional tracking stays off until you choose to enable it. You can accept, reject, or choose analytics and marketing separately. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your decision. Turning off an active tool refreshes the page to stop its code and clears its accessible first-party tracking cookies. This does not erase data already received by a provider.

We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control by keeping all optional tracking off. Your privacy preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage or using a different browser can reset that preference. You can use the calculator and book a call regardless of your tracking choice.

Remembering dismissed invitations

We store the date a calculator invitation appeared for up to seven days, so it does not repeatedly interrupt you. A browser-tab preference also keeps the invitation quiet after you begin the calculator or open booking. These preferences do not contain your calculator entries or results.

Your guided summary and review request

The guide remembers your selected answers and optional first name in this browser tab to personalize your educational summary. Your first name stays in this tab until you choose to share it through a review request. You can view or download that summary without entering contact details. If you request a review, the form asks permission to share your answers, name, and email with Josh. When analytics is enabled, the campaign source may also be saved with that request; optional tracking can be declined and is not required to use the guide. Review requests are stored in Closing Culture’s hosted database. We send a notification containing your submitted contact details, selected priorities and educational summary to josh@huify.com through FormSubmit. FormSubmit processes that message to deliver it; see FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Requests are not sent to Huify’s HubSpot. Your summary is available immediately in the browser and as a download; we do not promise an automated summary email. Contact Josh to request correction or deletion of a saved request. Analytics events do not include your answers, name, email, summary, or request reference.

Booking and contact

Our booking page embeds HubSpot Meetings, connected to Josh’s Google Calendar. The scheduling service receives the details you submit to arrange your appointment and send confirmations, reminders, and calendar invitations. Its own service and privacy terms apply. Calculator inputs and results are not sent to the booking service. With optional tracking enabled, vetted campaign labels and referring website information are held in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity to connect the visit to a booking. HubSpot can save source, medium, and campaign labels on the booking contact. With analytics permission, a verified online booking confirmation sends a general appointment-booked event to Google Analytics and Clarity. With marketing permission, Meta receives a Schedule conversion. Names, email addresses, appointment times, and booking-form answers are not included in those analytics events. An offline booking request or calendar-link click is not counted as a confirmed appointment. External scheduling-page bookings, blocked scripts, or rejected analytics may not appear in website conversion reports. HubSpot and Calendar remain the operational record for bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations; website conversion events are not automatically reversed when a meeting is canceled.

Hosting, security, and requests

Our hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as network and request information. Optional service providers retain information according to their own settings and policies. To request access, correction, deletion, or to ask about use of your information, email josh@huify.com. We may need to verify a request and coordinate with the relevant provider.
